Interment Rights
Interment rights in Darul Barzakh Gardens are for congregant members of the masajid who are members of MGCC, who are listed on the MGCC website; however, subject to the by-laws, other Sunni non-members may also purchase. If you are in need of interment services, please contact your masjid directly. Interment rights do not include the opening and closing of the grave (interment fee) and associated marker installation fee. All interment rights include the right to erect a flat grave marker as per MGCC by-laws. Currently, grave lots are not available for sale to living members, and prepayment for the below services and supplies is not accepted.

*Care & Maintenance Fund Contribution:
As required under the Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2002 and Ontario Regulation 30/11, the amounts will be contributed to an irrevocable trust fund known as the Care and Maintenance Fund. Income from this fund is used to cover care and maintenance expenses of the Darul Barzakh Garden in perpetuity.
Late Charges
Late fee for a funeral entering the Darul Barzak Garden after 3:30 pm (per hour fee) $150
Surcharge for winter burial (between 1 January and 30 April) $200
Open Grave and raise remains for removal to other cemeteries (disinterment)
